The main reason why sometimes people stop using Clearing, or go to other methods, is because of low quality of training or lack of supervision.
For supervision, send first a basic information about your client: sex, age, profession, marital status, children, and main reason he or she came to take session.
Then, shortly described what you did in previous sessions and what strategy you plan, or problems or dilemma you are meeting now. Then, you will receive advice about what to do and how to continue.
There are two way of paying. When the supervisor receive your mail, he will measure the time needed to read and answer your mail, and let you know each time how much he spent time. Then, you pay for each hour. The same with fax or telephone supervision. The other way is to pay 10% of what you take from your clients and sent it to your supervisor. Then, we do not measure hours of telephone conversation or writing answers.
